New update; Automatic control blocking!

The newest update has added something that is very important, automatic control blocking! The way it works is when you disable the arcade stick, controls to the main VR game will automatically be blocked if there are bindings on that control within portable emulator; so any controls you bind to the emulator will not go through to the main VR game. This of course stops being blocked when you turn off the emulator, so it's as simple as a motion to start playing without being disturbed by conflicting controls! (This behavior can also be reverted in case you want to still send commands to the main game)
